These terms govern your use of QuoteLens, which operates under Kui Plantation Shutters. By creating an account or using a QuoteLens quote link, you agree to them.
QuoteLens lets a business publish a quoting tool that gives its customers an instant estimate based on measurements, materials and prices that the business configures. QuoteLens does not set prices, make products, or carry out installations.
A price produced by QuoteLens is an estimate based on the information entered, including measurements that may be estimated from a photo. It is not a binding quotation, contract or offer. Final pricing is agreed between the customer and the business. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the rates they configure; customers are responsible for the measurements they submit or confirm.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account. You must have the right to use any prices, product information and images you upload, and they must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for handling the enquiries you receive in line with applicable law.
Do not use QuoteLens to break the law, to mislead customers, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to interfere with the service or other users.
QuoteLens uses AI to estimate measurements from photos and to generate product reference images. AI output can be wrong. Measurements should be verified before an order is confirmed, and generated images are illustrative only — they show a product type, not the exact item that will be supplied.
Paid plans are billed monthly, as shown at sign-up. A paid period runs for 30 days from activation. Payment is currently accepted by M-Pesa Paybill; instructions are provided in your dashboard. To renew, pay before your current period ends and confirm payment as instructed — your quote page continues without interruption once confirmed. If a paid period lapses without renewal, your quote page stops accepting customer quotes until you renew; your account and configuration are retained. Cancelling simply means not renewing — there is no separate cancellation step, and no refunds are given for the unused portion of a paid period. Refunds are otherwise covered by ourRefund Policy.
We work to keep QuoteLens available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by law, QuoteLens is provided "as is" and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect losses arising from use of the service — including losses arising from an inaccurate estimate. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Doing so permanently removes your account, your products, and the enquiries you have received, including customer photos. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
